Dutchman Paint Service provides professional interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial properties in Camden County and surrounding South Jersey communities. Services are provided on a project basis, subject to mutual agreement on scope, pricing, and scheduling.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Dutchman Paint Service are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. You will be notified of any changes before additional work is performed.

3. SMS and Text Message Communications

By contacting Dutchman Paint Service via phone, web form, or text message, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us for the following purposes:

Missed Call Text Back: If you call and we are unavailable, we may send an automatic text message to acknowledge your call and invite you to connect.

Appointment Confirmations and Reminders: We may send automated text messages confirming scheduled appointments and reminding you of upcoming visits.

Quote and Estimate Follow-Ups: We may send automated text messages to follow up on estimates or quotes we have provided to you.

Google Review Requests: Following completion of a project, we may send a text message inviting you to share your experience via a Google review.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project estimate or agreement. Dutchman Paint Service reserves the right to require a deposit prior to commencement of work. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dutchman Paint Service's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, structures, or property that is not directly caused by our work.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on dutchmanpaintservice.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Dutchman Paint Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms
